I asked them where they got their inspiration for training, and some of them said they bought fitness training magazines and others were watching various YouTubers do their thing online. All of them agreed that they spent hours at the gym every week, spending the majority of time on cardio and trying to figure out how to weight train like the girls on Instagram.
One by one, they slowly stopped working out when the
results didn’t come fast enough, or didn’t happen at all.
It was easy for me to figure out that these girls knew what they wanted and even had tons of self-motivation. Getting to the gym wasn’t their problem. Knowing how to workout quickly and powerfully was their issue — they didn’t know the secret for burning fat like crazy. That’s when Lauren decided to email me.
She wanted me to create a program that left nothing to figure out, that was as done-for-you as possible so her and her friends could just get the workout done and get the results they knew they deserved.
